The location is excellent. It is only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants.

The staff, especially at the reception, were not friendly or cooperative. I even tried to make small talk, but the receptionist was rude and dismissive.

the location was good. it was close to the spanish steps. staff delivered our bags to our room, what i found really helpfull. the heating worked very well.

the rooms was dated. the cleaning service was not reliable. the soundproofing was bad you could hear everything inside and outside the hotel.

i found the location perfect. it sits right near the spanish steps, it felt very secure. the staff helped deliver our bags, that was super nice! we were in a separate building from the lobby, this made it quieter and more peaceful.

The junior suite i stayed in offered plenty of space and comfort. the room was very capacious and quiet. Everything felt clean and well kept. the bed was comfy and clean. This contributed positively to the QUALITY of sleep.
